Jamision Park is the perfect place for a family picnic. Be prepared to spend all afternoon. The kids will want to splash and play all day. Did someone mention ice cream? Just across the street is “The Cool Moon. This is the finest ice cream in The Pearl. Since I come from a family that made ice cream for a living, I am an expert on this subject. Cool Moon is the best Ice Cream in all of Portland.
