The new quiet type pile driver is on position to start construction on Lot 15, the 28 story point tower called Park Central, located between North of Northrup, between 10th and 11th. The Pinnacle and The Encore are in the background.
Hats off to the Portland Coalition to Curb Construction Noise for all their efforts in this area! You guys and gals made it happen.
